We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their products. That’s why we’ve put in place the following guidelines to help prevent negative customer experiences.

Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you should contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Please also note that our business currency is EURO. If you pay in other currencies, the currency will be converted. Some banks also charge an overseas transaction fee which we have no control over. For some currencies we have a pop-up for the currency converter, which is displayed at the bottom of our page and offers the option to convert the business currency and the purchase transaction into your local currency.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on any product that is defective or damaged in transit. Just let us know with a proof photo and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as you wish.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support. We will do our best to help you! Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We will not issue a refund if: Your order does not arrive due to factors beyond your control (e.g. providing the wrong delivery address).
* You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message on our contact page.
